Information we collect
If you create an account, we store the details you give us — your name, email, and the profile information you choose to add, including any medical history you enter to help match you to trials. You control what you share, and you can edit or delete it at any time.
How we use it
We use your information to match you to clinical trials, show eligibility signals, and send the alerts you opt into. We do not use it for advertising.
What we never do
We do not sell patient data. Documents you upload to ConsentSimplify are processed in-memory and cleared when you leave the page — they are never stored.
Your choices and rights
You can export your data, manage which fields are used for trial matching, and delete your account from your profile at any time. To make a request, email privacy@thetrialmate.com.
